Q. Do you measure your own jobs or does a measuring company?
A. We do our own in-house inspection and measures to be able to address any concerns from furniture moving, custom work on stairs, seam placement and proper carpet selection for your needs.

Q. Do you move TVs or electronics?
A. We do move TVs, computers,VCRs, etc.. they just need to be disconnected. There may be a service charge.

New flooring installations do disrupt the household, but our mission is to get your flooring installed with minimum disruption and inconvenience.

Q. We paid for furniture moving, what should I know?
A. If we have been contracted to move furniture, we only ask you to take care of all the small items on top of and inside the furniture we are moving (glassware,VCR tapes or breakables, any items of sentimental value, etc…)

All sheets, blankets and spreads should be removed from beds before we arrive.

Q. Do I need to supply anything?
A. No. We are professionals and only need your electricity to run some tools. We have our own vacuums, bags and brooms. We will try to keep noise down to a minimum, but hammering and stapling does make some noise.

We try to minimize our use of doors but we will be in and out of the house so please let us know which door you would like us to use.

Thank you for allowing us to help you!
